 At Tuxgear Inc, our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our Returns & Exchanges policy. We strive to make the process simple and convenient for you.
Exchange Policy: You're welcome to exchange items if they are unworn, with tags and packaging intact. There won't be a restocking fee if these conditions are met. However, you'll be responsible for the shipping fees for sending the new items to you and back to us.
Return Policy: Returns are acceped within a 30 day period from when your tracking information shows delivered. For non-defective items, the customer is responcible for paying the return shipping costs. If you recieve a defective item or your item did not arrive on time please reach out to us via email or phone call so we can address the issue and take the appropriate steps to replace your items or have them returned at our expense. We regret that returns can't be accepted after 30 days. Please note, special order or closeout items are non-returnable.Â
Return Instructions: You will need to ship your order back to our warehouse (address is listed below) within the 30 day return/exchange window. Please include your order number if available, as well as your first and last name as well as the date you placed your order. You may ship the package back whichever shipping method you prefer, and we will issue your return upon receiving your order back and processing it into our warehouse. Upon receiving your order we a refund will generally be processed within 24-48 hours, this may take longer if we receive your return outside of normal hours of operation.
