Rush Proccessing: This option pushes your order to the front of the shipping line. Most orders will be proccessed and shipped within 24 Hrs of purchase on normal business days. We make every attempt to ship your order providing the item(s) are in stock.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our customer service dept. Simply call us or send up a message including oder number, product(s) to be returned, and why you wish to return the product. We will then issue a RMA Number.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on all non defective returns. No returns after 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special orders or closeout items. |
